See, we all come in all different shapes and sizes — some big, some small. Some thin and some a little larger. I have ridden with many big guys, and they seem to crush the miles. You will only accomplish what you put into it.
You wanna lose the weight and get the body you want, whatever that is, then you have to work for it. It won’t happen overnight. You have to block out all the negatives and feed your soul with positives — and fuel your body with nutritious food.
I by far am not perfect, and my diet is not right and I know this. It’s not like we all have to go vegan — not that there’s anything wrong with that. I myself have been struggling with the idea of going vegan. It’s tough for me — I am Italian, and I love cheese — but I think I might be doing pretty good.
I say only you can be who you want to be, you just got to go out and work for it. I know you can and I believe in you. It’s one pedal at a time. Ignore all the harsh comments you hear in your head — and also those from others — and beat your demons.
